Dictate against custodial killing of two people by Serra

The Court of the Criminal Judicial Circuit of Caracas order of arrest issued against Eduwin Torres and Carlos Garcia for being allegedly linked to murder of parliamentarian Robert Serra and his assistant Maria Herrera.

The Court admitted the prequalification of Public Prosecutions, for which he gave to the deprivation complained of freedom for the alleged offenses of aggravated murder, conspiracy and other offenses, respectively provided in the Penal Code and the Organic Law Organized Crime.

The condition of being deputy to the National Assembly at the time of the commission of the offense and other circumstances of these crimes, increases the responsibility of those involved in them, like the concurrence of several offenses.

Because of this, those responsible for these crimes could be punishable by up to 30 years' imprisonment, as provided in the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and the rest of the legal system.
