The PCF shares the pain of the families and friends of the victims, the PSUV and all the progressive forces in the country once again must face the actions to create instability and creating a climate of terror, says the text .
Meanwhile, the Party of the European Left expresses serious concern at indications of the involvement of international paramilitary groups acting in complicity with the most extremist sectors of Venezuelan right destabilization campaigns against the democratic government.
"This crime is involved in the context of harassment that is submitted to the constitutional government of President Nicolas Maduro," complains the organization.
Serra was the youngest member of Venezuela and creator of Advanced Revolutionary Movement, formed by young generations.
His remains were exposed in Chapel Burning in the National Assembly, where the people came to pay tribute.
