The president of Argentina, Cristina Fernandez, Bolivia sent a plaque to honor the guerrilla Ernesto Che Guevara in connection with the 47th anniversary of his death, the embassy said here that southern country.
According to the embassy, the plaque will be placed in the memorial named fighter in the town of Valle Grande, where his remains were found.
The Argentine ambassador to Bolivia, Ariel Basteiro; Che and brother, John Martin, head the delegation that will attend the tribute, which includes a tour of different landmarks related to the route of the Heroic Guerrilla. According to the embassy, the plaque will be placed in the memorial named fighter in the town of Valle Grande, where his remains were found.
As part of the tribute, the group will next pilgrimage to the town of Epsom, the place where the fighter was killed on October 9, 1967 Wednesdays.
In addition, the artist León Gieco give a concert at the Coliseum in Valle Grande and the documentary "Che, a New Man", directed by Tristán Bauer will be presented.
